  • "App": Refers to the Yavis mobile application available for download on compatible devices.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, and you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service.

Ordering Process

  1. Placing an Order: Users can place an order by selecting items from the menu, adding them to the cart, and confirming the order through the checkout process.
  2. Order Modifications: Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Payment

  1. Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
  2. Payment Security: Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors. Yavis does not store your payment details.

Order Confirmation

Upon successful placement of an order, an order confirmation will be generated and sent to the email address or mobile number provided. This confirmation serves as proof of your transaction.

Delivery and Pickup

  1. Delivery: Delivery is available within specified areas. Delivery fees and estimated times will be provided during the ordering process. Yavis is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
  2. Pickup: Users opting for pickup must collect their orders from the restaurant location within the 1 - 2 hours. Please present your order confirmation upon arrival.

Shipping Policy

Once order is received we need 1-2 days to deliver the product (timeline can be kept as per the business nature delivery will be done in 1-2 hours )

Menu and Pricing

  1. Menu Changes: Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed on the Service are accurate at the time of order placement but may vary due to specials or updates.
  2. Availability: All menu items are subject to availability. Yavis reserves the right to substitute unavailable items with similar options or cancel orders if necessary.

Account Registration

  1. Creating an Account: Users may register an account to enhance their ordering experience. Account registration requires providing accurate and complete information.
  2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rourkela, Odisha.
